Forensic Architecture’s investigation, Return to al-Ma’in, created in partnership with Palestinian historian and Nakba survivor Salman Abu Sitta, will be featured in the 2026 edition of the Western Sahara International Film Festival (FiSahara), hosted in the Ausserd Refugee Camp outside Tindouf, Algeria. A screening of the film, followed by a roundtable discussion focused on land-grabbing and the right of return, will take place on the morning of Saturday, 2 May 2026. A further two closed door sessions will be hosted with artists, activists, and human rights defenders.
